Old City Carpentry Workshop is a traditional woodworking shop in the heart of Damascus’s Old City, specialising in the craft of Damascene furniture and woodwork. The workshop creates and repairs traditional Damascene house elements including wooden ceilings, doors, windows, and the intricate inlaid furniture that Damascus is famous for. The carpenters also handle modern carpentry needs including custom furniture, cabinet making, and door installation.
